Refund/ Retum Policy

At NewInShop, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken), and accessories.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at newinshops@outlook.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging, include the return form (if provided), and mail them to the address we specify.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is initiated by the consumer (e.g., for change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific fee will be based on the express company you choose.
  • If the return is due to our reasons (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the consumer is not required to bear the shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return label in such cases.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please process a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at newinshops@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement at your preference.

7. Final Sale Items
Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
