We know you're excited to receive your NewInShop picks, and we're just as eager to get them to you! To check the status of your shipment, please follow the simple steps below.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Find Your Tracking Number: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email sent to the address you provided during checkout. This email will contain your unique tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

  2. Use the Tracking Link: Click the tracking link in your email, which will redirect you to the courier's website for the most up-to-date location and status of your shipment.

  3. Track on Our Website: Alternatively, you can click the "Track Your Order" link located in your order confirmation email, or visit the "Order History" section within your account on our website.

What Your Order Status Means

  • Processing: We've received your order and are carefully preparing it for shipment.

  • Shipped: Your order is on its way! It has been handed over to our shipping partner. Your tracking number will be active at this stage.

  • Out for Delivery: Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will be arriving at your specified address today.

  • Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered. We hope you love it!

Need Help?

Please note that once your order is with the shipping carrier, the tracking information is updated by them. There can be a brief delay (usually 12-24 hours) for the tracking status to activate and update.

If you have not received your tracking number after 48 hours from placing your order, if the tracking information has not updated for several days, or if you have any other questions, our customer service team is happy to help.
